3. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due as follows:

Billing Cycle: Monthly billing statements will be issued on the first of each month.

Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts without prior notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Service Provider Responsibilities

Maintain the equipment and vehicles used in waste removal operations.
Ensure that all staff are trained and qualified for their roles.
Respond to client inquiries and service issues in a timely manner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited in the following ways:

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in the preceding six months.
We are not liable for damage caused by the Client's improper disposal practices.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required.
Breach of Terms: Immediate termination may occur if either party breaches any term of the agreement.
Force Majeure: Services may be terminated without liability due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, the Client will be responsible for any outstanding payments. We will ensure the safe and legal disposal of any remaining waste for a specified period after termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, Colindale.
